The more members i get the slower my admin dashboard. I t just loads so slow. If I login as a member everything is ok. Its just admin dashboard that loads slow. help please

Try to install "Profiler" module and watch which SQL query takes long time to execute. Then write back with the exact SQL query - maybe some SQL optimization is needed. After proper "Profiler" module installation (modification in header.inc.php is required) debug panel is displayed below each page when you are logged-in under admin. where is the debug panel?
