addthis or po.st under video player

I would like to add social icons under the video player or anywhere else. I tried dragging an HTML box and adding the addthis code but it looks like this. It doesn't work in HTML boxes.

How do I add this into a box so I can put it wherever I want?

Down at the bottom of the editor; did you toggle off the HTML editor?  You have to paste in code with that off.  Don't try to do it with the HTML button in the editor, toggle OFF the editor so that TinyMCE does not make changes.

Update; tested and it works if you toggle off the TinyMCE editor; enter your code, hit save.
