adding site wide privacy group and State select

Have tried searching forum but can't find answers to this. Want to add extra site wide privacy groups ie mature etc but with 7.1 can't work how to do that. On older version had the privacy groups mod which now doesn't work/available.. 

Plus fresh install and had to take state out of profile fields as is drop menu but no data for it. Same thing in Models mod when want to create can't select state as no data. I noticed there is a file called sqlstate that has all the info but how would you get that info to populate the state field as such?

Any help appreciated on these two issues.

You must have some modules from modzzz

sqlstate.php is a script provided by modzzz for some of his mods. It is not part of dolphin.

 Thanks. He makes good mods. Even in the profile fields of dolphin 7.1 the field for state is a drop down menu which I want to change to a text field. Trying to work out how to do that, since no way to put in state on personal profiles.
