add pic ta top box

does anyone kno if its possiabble ta put a image in the area at the top

i added a file ta show where im talkin about not sure what its called lol

that would be your logo image there - in Admin section - Settings - Basic Settings - Upload

is the info fer that area in the commen.css or general.css files ta like chage the color ?
