Ae the gif images for the "donate" and "fundraising" buttons?
If they are then jusing jpg may be a little less of a headache. You need to upload the images to your server and then load the images into a block using the insert image tool on tiny mce. If they are mouseovers you will also need images for what happens when the mose is over the images (if they will change when mousedover).
if you do not want them in a block but need them under the banner then I think they will have to be injected, but I do not know how to do this. There are workarounds though. If you get stuck I may be able to help out with button design and instalation of graphics.
