ok now i have a problem :(
when a user uploads a new photo from the albums page the user selects there photo then the progress bar goes across, it gets to the end and it then says '' You don't have permission to view this page.'' below the upload section and the photo does not upload, i have done a fresh install of the ''photos'' folder in the boonex mods but its still doing this,
any ideas please?
thanks

Ok just checked and seems to be working fine on internet explorer, on firefox you get the 'you dont have permission to view this page' pop up on the page after the upload bar has filled up, and on opera it doesn't even get that far, when you click on the "You have 1 photo(s) in this album. Click here to add more." once clicked it just loads the page and all it shows is the 'empty' sign. You Creature!! |

if you are logged as different user in different browsers than check all users membership and their permissions. If you are logged as same user in all browsers than there might be a cache issue. Clear all cache and cookies from browsers. so much to do.... |
Hi bud, i have checked all the membership permissions and all is fine as i have not put any limits etc on any of the memberships, plus i have cleared both caches in cpanel and also deleted all cookies and cleared caches from internet browsers and still getting the issue.
i have included a screenshot of what the member sees when they try to upload a image.
Im stuck at what to do as i have tried a fresh install of the avatar and photo folders on cpanel but that doesn't seem to make any difference :(
Cheers
Charlie

ok i have narrowed it down to a error of some sort in the flash uploader, not sure how to fix it so i have just removed the flash upload option and stuck with the regular uploader for now. You Creature!! |

c916brit, it was a while ago but I remember doing this too, i.e. removing the flash upload option to resolve the page-load errors you've mentioned. So you're not the only one to have experienced this problem. Since I took the easy way out, removing Flash upload, I have no idea what was causing it.
