Wrong Package Format

Hi,

I am uploading a new template i purchased that is for 7.0.9 and I am getting an error of "Wrong Package Format." I am      currently using 7.1.1. Is there anyway to fix this? Thank you in advance.

1) If your getting that error that means the zip file is not packed for use with dolphins built in up-loader, so don't use it. Instead unpack the archive on your computer and follow the instructions included in the zip file.

2) DO NOT USE A TEMPLATE FOR 7.0.9 ON DOLPHIN 7.1.0 or 7.1.1 or any future version of dolphin. THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. Contact the template vendor to see if they have a 7.1.1 version of the template.

You make it sound like the site will blow up.

Thank you but I have contacted the vendor and they don't have the template for 7.1.1. Is there a way that I can roll back to 7.0.9?

Re-install the site (or apply a backup if you have one).

The developer may issue a refund for the template, but clear compatibility information + digital goods = their choice.
