World Map Table Relationship?

The world map table that uses geocodes can those be manually entered?  In other words if you have a large number of entries 10-15 thousand the only relationship I see is the type like "property" and the title and uri fields? The ID is not property related and I assuaren't is auto generated the it being the ID?  So if I have mass imported 10-15 thousand properties if I get the title, uri and type correct there is no other relationship that I am missing And the added geocodes should work?  It's not using the time stamp is it?
