I made an link to unsubscribe yourself but i deleted ID=1 (Superadmin, ME...-)
I want to cry... And say al the bad words that exist...

How do i return my ADMIN profile back... :((((((((((((((((((( 

If you have a backup, you should be able to undo the damage by restoring it. Otherwise, you'll need to make a new admin account. Create a new account on the site, head into the database's Profiles table, find the new account and change its Role number to 3. Clear cache. You should now be able to log back into the admin panel.

Now i made a new profile, give myself ID=1

Bus i loose everything, How can i have all my rights back?

Go to the Profiles table, find yourself, change the role to 3.  Now you will be able to log into the admin area.

Also, start making backups of the database and site so when oops happen, you can recover.
