Which Facebook module?

Hi Guys,

looking at installing a Facebook module, which one would you guys recommend for D7.03?

Also, anyone had had any experience with using the Gaming Zone module on Arvixe Hosting? - just wondering about speed issues on a shared server - and the 2 gig space the module requires.

thanks in advance...

For your Facebook suggestion - See above poster :)

For Game Zone - I have it installed and it works just fine in a shared environment. You stated your hosting with Arvixe, and I must say, they don't have exactly the best reputation from quite a few members here. So to be honest, Im not sure how the speed will be for you.

Hi guys,

thanks for replies...off to have a look at the modules now - unfortunately I'm stuck with Arvixe as I signed up for two years.

Hi Guys,

had kevinmitnick install his Facebook/Twitter module for me but having a problem with the links in the menu bar.

When I left click on either of the icons nothing happens, i.e the pages don't open...right clicking on the icons and selecting any of the 'open link' options in the drop down menu works fine and pages open o.k

kevinmitnick says they're working fine at his end, so may be a problem with my setup - anyone had this problem before and come across a solution?

Do the links work for you? www.wheeliemad.com/bikers

Hovering the mouse over the links, display the correct url's in the task bar.

Any help greatly appreciated...

Hi DosDawg,

    thanks for reply.

Using IE 7, I keep browser cache cleared on a regular basis.

Link url's are correct - does left clicking on the icons work for you or do you have to right click on the icons like me to open the FB/Twitter pages?

Kind Regards,

anyone?...

what I have noticed is that any top level link without a sub menu, whatever page you are viewing, doesn't work, including the homepage icon....any ideas?

Would it be possible to add a drop down box to these top level links?

i.e having a sub menu drop down box with the link added in there, as for example the

'People' and  'Spy' menu links have...maybe I could get the FB and Twitter links to work this way?

@skydiver: What module are you using for your auto image rotator/slider on your homepage? I really like this.

Thanks
