Where to make changes for Notification window

Where can i find the template file or .php file to make some changes in the notification window that appears in the top right corner when i get a new notification?

Have a look at templates/base/member_menu_notify_window.html template. 

Thanks :) Haven't looked at that file because of the name. Thought is was part of the spy member menu item...
