In my 7.1 version i click chat and get to an area that offers NOTHING ( http://ottawasucks.ca/m/chat/home/ ) no chat window . did they forget to install in LOL....

I think he may have mistaken 'user not knowing' with 'user stupidity' .... for which there is no fix. How did you fix ? It's good to share these things for other people that might come across the same issue as yourself ...
