Where is the HTML5 Player module?

I found plenty of discussion, but I'll be damned if I can find the module to install it.

I'm hoping to fix the problem with Android devices not seeing uploaded videos.

Add/Manage modules in admin and install HTML5 module.

Yes, install the HTML5 module, that will install the HTML5 player.

Also,

Make sure that you've enabled "Use H264 codec" in Dolphin Admin Panel -> Modules -> Flash Apps -> Video Player | Comments Video Player -> Settings.

This option is enabled by default

Good luck with using h264 turned on with video comments. You will find m4v files being corrupted (badly garbled) when used with video recording.

Module was already installed, and codex box checked.

When I unchecked the codex and uploaded a test video, it works on Android but not iPhone!

Seriously, WTF?
