if you are referring to upgrading your site from free to adfree, in most instances this is automatic. there have been times when you would have to write in and let them know the ads were not removing.
my suggestion would be this. 1. clear your cache and history from your browser 2. make sure you have logged out and logged back into your admin panel. the best way to know the license number is being applied is to login to admin, settings advanced settings, look for your dolphin license number, remove that license number (copy and paste it in notepad, you will need it again), logout of admin panel, close the browser after clearing the cache and history. 3. log back into admin, now you should see the prompt for you to enter your license number. enter the license number you just cut from the txt box. logout, and on the user side of the site, you should see the adverts gone.
if that proves to be unsucessful, please contact Lyubov and provider here these things:
1. Unity account username 2. license number 3. url to your site

If you have installed 6.1.4 - they may never go away, as the ad license really only works for later versions. They may also go away, come back, go away again, and then come back one more time - this is what happened on my site. If you contact Boonex they will just tell you to upgrade. |
how are you getting along on this? can you do a follow up post so we know you got this sorted? regards, DosDawg When a GIG is not enough --> Terabyte Dolphin Technical Support - Server Management and Support |
i have 6.1.5 and the license is in admin... setings it shows so are the ads :(( |
