I need help to resolve this issue...

------> I have an template that works fine on mobile and tablet http://justinroom.com/index.php?skin=nanbargal-community and want that if a member open my site on mobile then the same should come up with the template mentioned above.

And if the site is opened on desktop or laptop (large screen) then it should come up with the template http://justinroom.com/index.php?skin=hopelife

Is it possible ??
