Today I thought I would create a forum for my moderators so they have some where to discuss moderation issues and member offences in private. The forum is setup as private, and only moderators can view private forums. Simple! Not!!! The only other members that are supposed to be allowed to access the forum area are paying members. But when they go to forum home, they can see the titles of threads in the private moderators forum! It gets worse still. Even non-members/guests can access forum home, and see all thread titles including the ones in the private moderators forum. That's not as bad as it gets though. Oh no! It gets even worse than that... they can click on the "Spy" link and view all threads and posts, yes, posts!... even the ones in the private moderator's forum!! WTF?
