OK, if that is done and members have "profile photos" and I select "profile photo icon;" it will not show the default grayed box but the most recent photo? If the user has a profile photo uploaded, and Dolphin is set to use that, then that user will have their profile photo displayed. The rest will have the default silhouettes.
