I am getting these two cron emails what do they mean?
First email shows this in the subject: Cron <pitodosa@gator311> /usr/bin/php -q /home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic/cron.php (No input file specified)
Second email shows this in the email: /bin/sh: cd/home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic/usr/local/bin/php: No such file or directory

It means there is no such file or directory 
Actually, looking at the cron command.. seems to be missing some stuff.
- all of the statement is running together
- the cron.php is missing after the /periodic/ directory.
Not sure if you have access to cPanel or not, but if you do, do into the cron jobs and change the command to look like this instead:
/usr/local/bin/php -q /home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic/cron.php
Edit: Make note of the spaces. Dont run it all together

There is only a need for one of them.
I would use the one I gave you and try uploading a small video to see if it works for your server configuration. If you have your time intervals set to * * * * * then it should run every minute. Depending on the size of the video, you will need to allow processing time for it to complete.

You should only have 1 cron job per website.
The second one should work. The first one is broken. It's the proper one provided by dolphin when you installed it, but it's missing a space and a ; The line is strung together which is why it does not work.
You have this.
cd/home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic/usr/local/bin/php -q /cron.php
Missing space after cd. and missing ; and space after periodic
Should be this.
cd /home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q /cron.php
But again. Only ONE cron job per website.

Opps. Found one other error in that first crong line as well. Should actually be this.
cd /home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic; /usr/local/bin/php -q cron.php
There was also a / in front of cron.php which does not belong there.

Ok that might mean that the path is not exactly correct. You can check to see what the path should be by doing this:
edit your /inc/header.inc.php and look for $dir['root']
(dont make any changes to that file)
At $dir['root'] you will see to the right what the 'actual' path is. Just replace /home/pitodosa/public_html/path2pros/periodic/ part of the statement with what you found. Make sure to leave the cron.php on the end of it.

Ok then, a question for you. I am guessing you have a custom php.ini file in your public_html directory. I would provide another cron command but i do not want to assume you have one if you don't.

Ok, i need to think about this. It should really be replaced with a php.ini file that contains only whats needed, but i do not know what your host was thinking when they did that, so i do not want to create even more problems. Ok, Go into your Admin Panel > Click Tools > Click Host Tools
Take a look around and see that everything is OK. Go towards the bottom and you will see what your cron job statement should look like (if you are running 7.0.9) under the Site Setup category. Make sure it matches what you have.
You can also check and make sure that Dolphin is seeing your PHP permissions by clicking the Phpinfo tab (top right area - may have to scroll to the right to see it). You can look for
max_execution_time (Mine is set to 20000)
memory_limit (Mine is set to 512M

No. You shouldn't need to.
Go into Admin Panel > Modules> Video and remove any videos that failed.
Not sure if this will help or not.. But go into Admin Panel > Modules > Flash Apps > Click the + next to video play. Click Settings and if there is a checkmark in Use H264 codec, try removing it, then save it.
Go back to Admin Home and clear ALL cache..
re-upload video and see what happens. Also, what kind of video is this (mpg, avi, etc) and how big is the file?
