What do these media settings mean?

I've looked everywhere in the forum for this, everywhere on my site I can think of to find what this would relate to and I'm at a total loss. What do these settings mean?

Hm... it's look like a lost settings.  I will ask it from media modules owner!

Hello everybody!

Number of related files by user - this parameter manages in media modules how many files (which have something similar in caption, description, tags) to shown in block "Related files" in View File page.

Number of gallery files relate to user - plz specify - default 7.0.x version haven't this option.
