What, Where is the Wall

I see that I have the wall module in my modules folder yet it is not displaying in my modules sidebar.  Where is it and how do I get it to work.  Any help would be appreciated.

In 7.1 its called 'Timeline'

The Wall module is still called Wall in the list of modules.  In 7.1, the Wall module functions differently depending on where the block is place.  On the home page, it is the outline and it shows recent content added to the site.  On a person's account page the block is the friend's timeline and shows recent posts by the member's friends.  On the profile page the timeline will interfere with the guestbook, both can not be on the page.  However, one can place the post to timeline; which allows a member to insert comments and content directly into the timeline that will then show up on their friend's timeline.

okay I was just confused because i do have outline and timeline but not wall in the sidebar so was confused as to if it was installed but I guess it the timeline and outline are there then the wall is working.  thanks.
