What Back up software to use?

I want to get a full feature back up software that will automatically back up files to remote location (My backup external drive) Full back ups once every three days and then only the files that have changed daily. I want to backup databases as well as the Public HTML files. I want to Zip the files,  password protect and use encrption by FTP with this program.  It also should have the ability to delete Back ups older then 3 weeks. I think I covered it. Any suggestions? I see a few out there, wondering if any one uses one that makes life simple.
