Is there's anyone among you who can advise me on how to change website title fonts as shown on the attached screenshot.

You may need to attach the screenshot again.  If you mean the title text in lieu of a logo, look for div.sys_main_logo .mainLogoText in general.css.

You'll find it under /templates/base/css.  What I recommend you do, however, is to instead edit /templates/[tmpl_uni - or active template]/css/general.css and make the changes there.  The base directory is likely to change from version-to-version.
