What I am asking is where do I find the <head> tag in my Dolphin site?

How do I get into the header html ?

So I can put the meta tag in after the <head>

You put the meta tag before the closing </head>. After, clear Dolphin's cache for the change to take effect.

 Its in the header file Jay pointed you to in his first post. You can open it using ftp or the file manager in Cpanel.
