Want to change positions of LOGIN and JOIN button

I dont use promo rotator on my 7.0.8 version. So i want to edit the positions of LOGIN and JOIN button but i m not able to find out the method to accomplish this... Can anybdy help me?

Follow the image to find the would be positions of the buttons i.e. @ top right

use this css classes:

#indexPhotoBorder #indexPhotoLabel .sys_promo      general.css

div.sys_promo     index.css

and install firebug to your firefox browser for debugging!
