Wall without Videos/Music

I'd really like to be able to create a wall without installing Videos and Music Modules.  Moderating Videos and Music is difficult with limited resources, also, it consumes so much more disk space and bandwidth. Help please.

I have the same problem, would be great to have some help, I am using video zone and don't want to heave video and sound on my site, and on the Wall, I can not uninstall Video and sound modules because they are linked to  Wall and groups. Just looking for a simple solution .
