Voting and points do not work

Voting and points do not work. For example: if I go on a blog and I open it I try to vote in the five-star  over the first vote but is still written "one vote". If I go in the comments and then I put a point beyond the first I get the warning "double voting". obviously true not only in the blog but all the votes and comments, and of course I login with different accounts. Can you tell me how to fix please?
