View pending member phone number for account ver

Is there a way to view a pending member's phone number for verification?

I have it set as a mandatory field under profile fields for registration.  I also have it as a list item under profile fields admin view.

When I click on the profile as admin, I do not see the phone number listed.

Are you visiting the profile edit view?

Correct. I am looking under the profile edit view.

Have you tested the field to see if you can join without adding a phone number?  Log out and go through a join process making sure that if you don't enter a phone number, it won't let you join.

I have tested it this morning. The system will not let you proceed without a phone number.

Then you should be able to see the phone number if one is entered.  Did you also go ahead and complete the registration and then check to see if you could see the values entered when you went to profile edit?  Without being able to look at the join form fields in the profile fields builder, it won't be easy to see what is happening.

Yes. I did go through the entire process of approval, etc. It lists all the other fields but the phone number field in the edit view.

Are you saying that it is not showing the field?  Not just an empty field, but no field at all?  If so, you don't have the settings correct for that field; you might not have been in admin view when you added it.

So you created a new user; go that new user and see if it shows up for the user when they go to profile edit.

There is not a lot we can do here other than tell you to check this and that.

Right. It is not showing the field at all. The only change that I made to the field is to check the mandatory box. I did not do anything under advanced or otherwise.

Let me guess, you did not add it to "edit profile" since the jpg shows you were in "view profile".
