Videos stuck in "Pending Processing"

We can’t get videos out of the “Pending Processing” mode. Yes we have checked and ffmpeg.exe  is 777.

We get an email stating:

/usr/local/cpanel/bin/jailshell: http:// our site name.com/periodic/cron.php: No such file or directory

Of course that is not the case.

Any Ideas would be appreciated.

I would check the cron job setting to make sure it is correct.
