 Hi Finally I got the video working in my site but when I upload videos they videos is not complete is missing mints and seconds you can see screenshot here
Video 1 : Only have 2 Mints and 31 Seconds
Video 2: Original Video time have 4 Mints and 32 Seconds
can some one tell me if I'm missing something in the videos settings or this is a bug I upload the video in version 7.3 and 7.4 Beta and is the same

Your problem(s) like this should be addressed in the bugs forum, were the alleged bugs are reported and techs are more apt to read those post than ones like this. I never changed the cron jobs... and thanks for posting the stuff, that is what I wanted. you posted a great video and as soon as you saw it worked perfect you deleted your account, then set up a "tester" account without posting video just some stuff to the shoutbox and wall. The problem is not conversion, I noticed that after conversion completely another video substitutes it - of cause it has different length! It is hard to say what cause this behavior - try to check if some temporary files are left and try to delete them. It maybe that old temporary files are used for new video, since newly uploaded video can not replace old temporary files - and the system takes old files for conversion. Another possible solution is to increase AUTO INCREMENT value a lot for RayVideoFiles, so video file IDs will never math. Also it maybe that some 3rd party mod causes this. You need to increase max allowed memory, set it at least 128M (now you have 64M) It maybe that cron is using different php.ini file, so make sure that you are changing it in the right place.

It looks like php binary which is used for cron is using another php.ini file, to make sure that the same php.ini is used change cron job command from: /web/cgi-bin/php5 -q /home/content/XX/XXXXX/html/periodic/cron.php to /web/cgi-bin/php5 -c /actual/path/to/php5.ini -q /home/content/XX/XXXXX/html/periodic/cron.php change /actual/path/to/ to your actual path to php.ini file. I tried to change memory_limit using different ways, but memory is still limited to 234.5 Mb (245891072/1024/1024 from error message). High memory usage is needed for h264 encoded videos to move video metadata to the beginning of video file, file is loaded into memory for this operation. It looks like it is your hosting limitation. Others don't have such problem because in other cases memory is not limited at all when php is running from cron job. I suggest to switch from your GoDaddy hosting provider because of 2 reasons: 1) they limit max memory usage and video can not be converted 2) they don't allow to run cronjob at minute interval and video convertion is taking too long, additionally some other cron jobs is not running at all with above limitation your site can not functions properly Rules → http://www.boonex.com/terms |

Received signal 24: terminating. error means that video conversion process is killed because high memory or cpu usage. This limitations can not be removed in php configuration.
