Hi

can some one help me how to convert videos to any Size like

640x385

I want all the videos to fit the player the same size i'm using on admin panel 640x385 like this

can some one tell me where to fix this so each video on my site fit the player and not showing black space

He's not talking about video conversion. He's asking how to stretch the content of his videos in the player to fill the entirety of it.

I wonder if the video player can be modified to support video stretching...

I thought it was the size of the video the person uploads.. like the one in the picture I have provided below. It is wide screen.

I think it would be hard for ffmpeg to convert a video ratio of 4:9 to 16:9 or even make it anamorphic without making all the videos "fish-eyed" like your example above..
