Video upload failed

Is that a Dolphin Bugs or my  website? Members can't upload their video always say "(this video will be available when approved)

when the video go to "m/videos/administration/home/failed" more than 500 video failed over the year 2013.

Is "Files auto approving" ticked under Administration -> Modules -> Flash Apps -> Video Player (and Comments Video Player) -> Settings? If not, any videos need to be manually approved by the administrator.

Failed videos mean for whatever reason, they didn't process. If you don't have your cron setup or have errors when the cron runs (also check the FFmpeg emails), this could be why. Do all videos fail to process?

Nathan mentioned the ffmepg emails, are you getting output from ffmpeg to your email?  ffmpeg can report errors that may help you to understand what is happening.
