Video thumbnail image, please help

My site use embed on Video mod.

When I embed youtube video is done. I view image on flash/modules/video/files is:

But thumbail image show on home page and Video block is:

How I change thumbnail is correct or same photo mod in code.

looks like the size of your block is not large enough to display the image correctly.

otherwise, there is no way for you to edit the source from the youtube video, that is being streamed
