We are having problems with video uploads under testing: 2 failed MP4 downloads, 1 I deleted one still in the failed section.
Processed 3 videos last night, a further mp4 and two 3gp files.
The first 3gp file I processed normally, with the second I unticked the H264 codec as apparently the compression can be a problem, I have changed the setting back to where it was.(ticked)
All 3 files that I processed last night still sit in the processing section and appear destined for the failure bin.
The only successful video I processed was a wmv file approx 25 mb which went through without a problem.
Embedded videos seem to be fine but then they are just a link to youtube and are streamed off the youtube server and not uploaded to the Boonex server.
The Video comment, video record function also does not work on my laptop, it activates my webcam but then says no connection when I try to record.
Please advise?
