Video rate info is not diplaying

On video view page, you will see votes but same feature video on video top page is no voting. They are same video.
Is there anyone know who to display votes to same feature video on video top page?

The votes in the video featured, do not appear. They remain zero.
But when I go to the page of the video, the votes appear.
