Video modules not working properly.

The video comment module displays a connection error every single time one tries to use it.  Also Videos do not upload.  How can I get this fixed without having to hire a programer or developer to come fix this?????  shouldn't the Dolphin software (script) be advanced enough to have everything working??

No one can help you too much without knowing about the exact problem with your site.

shouldn't the Dolphin software (script) be advanced enough to have everything working??

If something gets advance there is a higher chance of it to breakdown because it will have many more things that can screwed up. btw dolphin is not that buggy with everyone the hosting server effects its performance.

so much to do....

Hello,

I was able to upload a video to my website, however, when I press the play button, I simply says that the video is being processed.  I uploaded it last week, it takes that long to process a video???

There are a few things you could check:

- Make sure you have your cron job setup properly

- Make sure ffmpeg.exe is set to either 755 or 777

- Video comments requires a 'specific' port for RMS (unfortunately, for the life of me, I cannot remember which one). You may want to contact your host about that one.
