Video embed code shows white box 7.1.2

As the subject says "The video embed code shows a white box in 7.1.2". Just a place holder looking square. The video is a Youtube video. I thought the embed option was fixed in this version. I have not messed with this much. Here is the code copied straight from the page for the video.

To me the url looks odd but I am not familiar with this .

You have copied the featured code from YouTube you need to drill down to the actual direct video code not the featured code!  

Thanks. The new short url for youtube works in Dolphin now so I was left to assume the generated embed code would work as well. I suppose this embed code is only good for locally hosted videos. Nobody these days are going pull out the old embed url on youtube to post their video the website.
