Video Upload

I am using Dolphin on ubuntu

Cron is correctly installed and ffmpeg.exe is 777

I am able to upload a video. it is shown in flash/modules/video/files

also there are two images. But the video-files only called a number without any information about the content type (mpeg, mov,..)

If I want to see the video on profile page I will get the error "video is being processed" an in admin tools/videos the video is on pending.

Ive read so many posts in forum but nothing is helping me :-(

Anyone here?

"video is being processed"  ... is not an error.  If you see this message for an extended period of time, it may mean your cron job is not running

My opinions expressed on this site, in no way represent those of Boonex or Boonex employees.

ok!? I will see. My provider for hosting told me "everything installed". I see the cron minutely in the syslog.

Is it possible to start the cron manually?

Thank you

Yes it is possible. Go to your cPanel and select your cron jobs section and look for the cron that is not running. (Then run man)
Or you can do a run command execute on your server.

Thank you!

I tried to start the cron manually. And it works.

Something should be wrong with the installation of cronjob by my hosting service.

For everyone else: I have change the .htaccess file in the /periodic Folder to old.htaccess
