Are the thumbnails stored in the same directory as the video files?  It is possible the upgrade broke the relationship between the videos and the associated thumbnails.  What about new videos, does the thumbnail show for them?

Did you check the permission of the /flash/modules/video/files/ directory to make sure they didnt change for some reason?

yes i do it

it is 777

If you go into the Admin Panel > Modules > Videos do you see thumbnails there?

While you are in there go to Tools > Cache and click the 'All' link. In your browser, hold down the shift key and click the refresh button to reload your website and see if they appear then. At the end of the upgrade, you were to clear the cache and tmp files (which I hope you did).

 Thats because you are in the wrong folder for videos. You need to check here:

/flash/modules/video/files

Thats why I said earlier 'Did you check the permission of the /flash/modules/video/files/ directory to make sure they didnt change for some reason?'

Ok. In the other forum posting about cron errors, you said this:

upload video and sound not work

i can see the video info but its not playing

I just went to your site and this is what I saw:

- Video had no thumbnail

- I was able to play and hear the video with no problems.

- I did not see any sound files at your website to test.

Was this video already there BEFORE you upgraded the site or is the a new video upload?

yes videos are playing but no thumbnail

sounds i can no upload (sound upload failed)

the videos are new after upgrade

but its not playing

Ok. I think we are missing some steps here.

The video on your website is a YouTube video.

I believe you still have an issue with your cron job. As stated in your other post, embed DOES NOT use your cron job. Video and Audio that upload from your computer (meaning its stored on your computer) does use the cron job. Since you just told me that the audio still in 'pending processing' there is more than likely an issue with your cron job.

Go into your cPanel (or Plesk if you have that) and look at your cron job settings. Copy the command and post it here.

Also, double check all of the following permissions on these directories. I will not be able to reply for a little while since I am about to leave work.

 Set to 777

./flash/modules/mp3/files

./flash/modules/video/files

.flash/modules/global/app/ffmpeg.exe

MAILTO=admin@mydomain.de
* * * * * cd /var/www/web0/html/mydirection/periodic; /usr/bin/php -q cron.php
