Video Record not Connecting

I just tried video recording on the comments,

but its not connecting.

1. How can I fix this?

2. if not how can I delete the "Record a video comment"

text link?

have you installed an Ray MultiMedia Server (RMS) ?

Do we need an RMS to get the video upload and recording running?

I thought this was addressed by the developers long time ago.

Is this really the case? Can anybody please explain to me?

Yes, for recording a video from a camera, the RMS server is needed to access the camera and capture the stream from the camera. Rayz has introduced some modules for RMS free chat; he probably would be the one to contact about a RMS free solution.  However, there are some RMS providers that charge a monthly fee if one can not install the RMS server on their server.
