I am using the 256 check box and my video's are high def for sure NO DOUBT. However when I upload them to my site my video's look very standard at best. CAN anyone tell me if they have solved this issue in 7.1 Sydeburnz hands down nailed this stuff about a year ago does that still apply. If you you have hi def videos and go back to standard or really worse what is the use. It's all about quality...PLEASE help on this one so important...
