I finally figured it out. After a year of my Video Comments not working. First with 7.0.9 and now 7.1.1. What I did to make it work? Well, first I made sure my RMS settings were correct. I got the correct settings from my Host. Go to: Admin->Flash App->Comments Video- Be sure settings here are not maxed out. I set "max recording time" to 10 sec and all other settings are mid way set. Once I done all this, Video Comments works great now!
