Video Comments Issue

Okay I have had no problems with video comments in the last update, but now that I am using the D7.0.3 release I seem to get the dreaded "error: file not found". I have no other issues with videos and music, just the recording comments part. Any idea?

I seem to be getting this error (which was much longer then posted) when I try to use the video comments.

Please try to check/uncheck this option:

Dolphin admin panel -> Modules -> Flash Apps -> Comments Video Player -> Settings -> Use H264 Codec

Also the debug output you send tells nothing - all debug output is needed for the investigation.
