Vertical Menu?

Hi everyone, i have looked all over the forums but can't seem to get a result to what i'm looking for.

I'm looking to create a vertical menu for my site, i still want to keep the top horizontal menu, but i want a vertical menu  to add some extra menu items on it, i have tried to create one on the html block creator and just add it as a new block in a new colum but as you can see on the screenshot i looks really bad, anyone have any tips on how i can do this?

Cheers

If you want it simple in that case you can use static html.

Write your html or get it from internet(google)

and put it in dolphin pages through template files or injection

Good luck

so much to do....
