Utube video converter software - would like opinions on this product

Hi, I was looking for sites that I could easily download embeded videos from since utube is such a pain to do it from now. I ran accross this and would like to know if this would be a good alternative to embeded video's. Not sure if the file output would match the other options for uploading into dolphin sites. Could someone review the sellers page for me and let me know what you think?

That looked like a great piece of software but I wanted to suggest a free one to my members.

KeepVid is free. I used to use it to watch YouTube videos on BeOS.

Just tried using it and it wants me to register first. Cant use it without registering. Then you go to register and they want like 20 or 30 bucks.

It's not asking me for registration, so I'm suspecting you're clicking something unnecessary, like the download link to their program (which isn't needed, since you can download freely through their Java applet).

All you have to do is drag the button to your browser toolbar, and it's ready to use.  It's the first thing on their web page. Nevertheless, if you can't figure it out, I guess it's not for you.
