User registration without funktion

hello team, i receantly updatet to dolphin 7.1.4 - since i updated the send  button in the new user registration form does not work any longer. every version (modules and templates) are actual. could you please help me
 recently

Your registration exists out of two parts, which is not default, neither is your template.

I suggest you speak to the people who build this for you

my template was make from mastertheme ... this is a standard ..

and the splash page ... this link from splash to my site is no problem .. but when klick all thinks on 2 part the button has no funktion grr

but templ. is updatet

i test it with uni temp ..... no funktion
