User account hacked?

Hi Guys!

I'm having this issue with one dummy account I created. Everytime I logged in, it informs me that I have wrong username/password. I tried changing the password, but it still won't allow me to login. I also tried that "retrieve" password function, but the email received seems to reflect a different password. I wonder if its been compromise. Let me know how to "reset" a user account?

I'm doing copy and paste so I know I'm entering the correct info.

Thanks,
Sam

Just to follow-up, the 2 other accounts I created won't let me login using same password I've been using before....whats wrong? I shall try creating a new dummy account and lets see whats gonna happen.

Now I figured it out.

The problem started when I enabled DNS blocklists in my dashboard. Curiously enough, my ip address is listed in zomgbl.spameatingmonkey.net. Is this a common problem? How come my own ip address has been listed in the blocked list? As soon as I disabled it, I was able to login using 3 accounts I created for my testing.

Question is, how do I remove my own ip-address from being blocked from  zomgbl.spameatingmonkey.net. ?

Thanks,
Sam

You don't, that one is turned off now as recommended. It's basically a "catch all."

There are other topics on this, I will try to link you some from here.
