Urgent !! Help required please

Hello today I have had extra rayz flash chats installed .... Ever since my site has been running very bad with following issues:-

error connection in admin panel > flash apps (happens random times)

site has connection issue (every other page load or so  in chrome browser)

Flash chats stuck in 'loading' state or taking super long time to load / open

serious page speed issues at random times throughout entire site

......................

I dont know what would be causing this !!  below is my logs >>> i'm not sure if the logs show what would cause the above issues I have been having today AND I don't understand the errors show in log below full stop !!

I think they show that the named files/directories my site is trying to fetch are not present ... however I dont know why I'm getting these anyway ?!

can anyone please help / guide me here ??

What are the extra rayz flash chats that you had installed?

 I have had additional chats exactly the same as main rayz chat set up

all with own DB tables set up for each etc ..

This sounds like an issue with a custom mod that most people will have zero experiences with.

Who ever tried to make this change needs to be the one to fix it because only they know what is different and could be causing the issues.

Or... hire someone and give them full access to your site so they can figure out what was done and try and fix it.

Did you by any chance try to install WordPress? I happen to notice this in the log you provided:

wp-admin is the directory the administration panel is installed into for WordPress.

Looks like it may have gotten installed into the root directory where Dolphin may have been installed. Just grabbing at straws here.

I did not have these before i'm sure ...

could a mod issue effect the entire site  / pages / load speeds / flash chats in this way ?

why would someone install this for dolphin ?

I have installed 2 Dolphin, 1 WordPress, and 1 PhpMotion all on the same server. Its possible.. Im just going by what you provided.

wp-admin ONLY exists in WordPress. So how did it get into your logs????

Like Zarcon pointed out, someone could have uploaded the wrong files (like for wordpress).

I would restore from the backup you made before making any changes and try again on a test site.

You do have backups, right?

Also, these directories do NOT exist in Dolphin

 could this be a mistake on rayz part when he was adding additional chats for me ?

I'm not pushing blame here just looking for answers of course

 I would not think so. But I could see this getting done by mistake via the cPanel and Softaculous. Pretty simple 1 click install

 Easily.  This is why it is best for him to look at it and try to fix it for you.

 Absolutely they could. Especially if you have Dolphin installed in the same root folder. I just hope the same database didnt get used

Ok.. Hang tight for a second.. Do this..

Go into cPanel

Click the Softaculous icon

Go through the categories and find Wordpress and click it

See if there is an instance already installed or not. You will be able to tell.

 WordPress tables usually have wp_ prefix so it should not be an issue if the same database was used. But file name conflicts are an issue in the same folder.

 That is true.. But man, that would be a cluster &^% if that did happen. Hope there are backups.

Most of your logs are just saying that someone or more a likely a spam bot or script is looking for popular scripts so they can auto-post spam. Since they are looking for particular directories and post type of pages it is probably a spammer. It is returning a file not found because they don't exist in your account.

You can see in your logs things like: wp-admin/post-new.php and manager/add_entry.php they are trying to post something, but the location just doesn't exist so you get the error "File not found".

There are not so nice bots that visit sites looking for specific scripts.

Can't see it ... I never had these issues before like this or with these errors ....

 I don't have this in my cpanel or server !

Google searched it and guess what I found:- http://www.stopforumspam.com/ipcheck/61.160.232.10

Possible 'comment spam' bot ?!

well if these are spam bots they have been killing my site for nearly a day now and rayz must be pissed off with all the mails I been sending asking for help etc ...

Now I am thinking .... what if I just block the IP's shown in logs .... could this solve the issues I am facing ??

looking for honest advice here ;)
