Upload images in Forum (Orca)

I am trying to find a VERY EASY WAY (for my visitors)

to add an image to a post (local image uploaded easily).

Orca does allow one to upload a photo as a link.  Then when you save and go back to edit the post, you can then embed the image.  That works but is a little clunky.  Having this image uploader as part of the editor is a bit easier and has the advantage that the user can easily add the image to other posts as well.
