Upgrade to 7.1.3 Class 'BxDb' not found

Hi, I have just upgraded to 7.1.13 and completed all of the manual steps.

However, on the last step, I can't be 100% certain that I recompiled the languages successfully.

Now when I load the forum, I get the following error:

Fatal error: Class 'BxDb' not found in /home/itcn/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/classes/en/DbForum.php on line 33

Try to delete "*en" (or other languages folders) manually via FTP or SSH from the following folders:

modules/boonex/forum/classes/

modules/boonex/forum/js/

modules/boonex/forum/layout/

Then check folders permissions in admin panel > tools > host tools > permissions

Then recompile forum languages for each your template.

Thanks for the reply Alex, it's much appreciated.

I tried what you said, to the letter.

Now, when I click on Forums, I get the following...

Warning: require_once(/home/itcn/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/layout/base_en/params.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/itcn/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/layout/uni_en/params.php on line 3

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/itcn/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/layout/base_en/params.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in/home/itcn/public_html/modules/boonex/forum/layout/uni_en/params.php on line 3

Please ignore my last reply.  I hadn't compiled the FORUM languages.

Thanks again

Mark
