Upgrade - repeat menu items

Ok so I finally finished the upgrade from 7.0.9 to 7.1.4... and although I finished everything, I have quite a few 'repeat' menu items.

What caused this, and can I fix it? See attachments.

Well, your going to have to clean them up. Admin menu builder.

LOL. Only me! Thanks for letting me know about that Admin Menu editor, had not seen that before.

Resolution: I deleted the extra menu icons. Hopefully it didn't hurt anything, or miss anything!

to me this looks like whatever sql file was run several times ... I maybe wrong ... I think I have seen this before done to other sites maliciously with modules sql files due to sql files/s not being removed from root after initial run..

others that know dolphin and the modules you have could run the files over and over and cause you hell ..

I guess you ran the upgrade script 6 times before you got it right.  

That happens when you run it more then once. 

As deano said you have to look in sys_menu_admin table and remove all the extra ones in there.

I like to leave the one with the lowest ID in place and delete the rest
